Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement.
